Ingredients (for a 1.5-liter/1.6-quart dish): - Penne pasta: 8 oz (about 2 1/4 cups or 220 grams) - 1 chicken breast - 1 onion - 2 garlic cloves - Cheese: 3.5 oz (roughly 1 cup shredded or 100 grams) - Salt: 1 tsp For the Alfredo Sauce: - Butter: 2.5 oz (about 5 tbsp or 70 grams) - 2 garlic clove - Heavy cream: 20 fl oz (that's 2 1/2 cups or 600 ml) - Parmesan: 3.5 oz (roughly 1 cup grated or 100 grams) Bake at 180°C or 360°F for 15 minutes. I used Cheddar, but mozzarella is like the superhero of cheeses. Honestly, just grab whatever cheese is giving you a guilt trip for ignoring it in the fridge!
