The production of AIDAnova from the first steel cut to the transfer journey. 🚢 The cruise ship AIDAnova is the world's first liquefied natural gas (LNG) cruise ship. According to the operator, emissions of nitrogen oxides are reduced by up to 80 percent and CO2 emissions by another 20 percent. The natural gas cruise ship was built in Meyer Werft in Lower Saxony. At its 337 meters up to 6,600 passengers, a TV studio and even a theater take place.
