On that fateful morning, Kyron was last seen after his stepmother, Terri Horman, took him to school and snapped a photo of him standing in front of his science fair project, wearing a CSI T-shirt. Despite being seen by witnesses at the school that morning, Kyron never attending his first class, and he did not return home on his school bus. His disappearance led to a massive search operation that unfolded across the state, involving thousands of volunteers and numerous law enforcement agencies.
