Video Games are starting to embrace slowing down gameplay for the sake of immersion, and in a world where attention spans are shrinking, brainrot is rampant and good stories are being put aside in favor of quick media. This is a great trend in modern gaming that I hope will continue as we move forward, Death Stranding, Red Dead Redemption 2, The Last of Us Part I & II, Stalker 2 and Silent Hill 2 are great examples of slow media that I hope game developers will learn and expand from.
