Hello everyone! Today was a day full of surprises for us as we traveled over 150km to clean up a small street corner in Hue. It all started with a rather "unusual" situation. Seeing us filming the start of the cleanup, an elderly woman from nearby, who was jogging, approached us and asked with concern, "Why bother cleaning? The sidewalk has been abandoned for so long, nobody uses it anyway." But the biggest surprise was yet to come. A moment later, she returned with a pair of boots and her hands ready to act, with a gentle smile: "Do you need a hand?" Of course, we couldn't refuse her warm kindness. Despite being over 70 years old, the elderly woman living in the nearby apartment complex was incredibly healthy and energetic. Thanks to her enthusiastic support, the work, which was expected to take a long time, was completed sooner than anticipated, allowing the whole team to return home before sunset. She even excitedly shared her upcoming "greening" plan: she would plant vegetables in the flowerbeds so that weeds wouldn't have room to grow anymore. Looking at the clean street and the spirited atmosphere... When acts of kindness spread, we feel a great sense of peace. Sometimes, kindness only needs a small spark to ignite like that. We always pick up and sort inorganic waste into sacks and take it to the processing bins; weeds and organic waste are dumped in an open field to decompose naturally. Watch more videos here.
