Clips are from "Boiling Point"-- you can easily find the full episodes on YouTube * During this time, Gordon was in tremendous debt, betting everything on his restaurant. He'd left his first restaurant Aubergine after they fired Mark Sargeant, his sous chef. Everybody from Aubergine left, coming with Gordon to help run his new restaurant. They eventually won three stars in 2001, and haven't lost any (as of September 2025).
