Welcome to Neutrality Studies, a channel dedicated to peace and world affairs. My name is Pascal Lottaz, I'm an Associate Professor at Kyoto University (Japan) where I research neutrality in international relations. I'm not a journalist but because I find MSM full of problematic spin, I try to get more clarity about what's going on myself. I'm doing so mostly by talking to smart people who know more than me, and by comparing their different insights. Totally true! I never claimed to be neutral. I'm claiming to study neutrality. If anything, I am a "neutralist". I believe that more neutral countries in the world can help us to be less violent.
