In 1981, the grounds expanded to include a new home modeled after a pyramid-roofed English folly, creating a second structure that now stands as the main residence. Today, Gep's Folie spans over half an acre and includes a nine-room garden, 200-year-old pepper tree, koi pond, statuary, and multiple outdoor rooms shaped by decades of intentional design. Eric has spent the past twenty years stewarding the property—refining interiors, restoring vintage materials, and cultivating a garden experience that feels like stepping into a forgotten European dream.
