It is made out of a Pure 55hz Sine Wave (left carrier) and a 61hz, (right carrier). It creates intervals of 6hz (THETA). Included, a dimmed rhythm to help you NOT enter into a deep sleep (Delta Mode). Like Edison was holding a rock in his hand so if it fell off his hand would wake him up!
