It’s so delicious you’ll want to make it every day 👌 Ingredients: – 2 sheets of yufka (thin Turkish pastry) – Sucuk (Turkish sausage) – Canned corn – Kashar cheese (or any melting cheese) For the sauce: – 2 servings of tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon of tomato paste – 1 teaspoon of chili flakes – 1 teaspoon of thyme – 4 tablespoons of olive oil Preparation: First, cut the yufka into triangles as if making sigara böreği (cigar-shaped rolls). Spread a layer of the tomato sauce mixture on each piece. Add a bit of the filling — kashar, sucuk, and corn. Roll them up like sigara böreği. Dip each roll into beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden and crispy.
