Dank dieser Gemüs... Vegetable Soup Recipe: 1 broccoli. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 1 whole bulb of garlic. Olive oil. Salt. Black pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for 20 minutes. 2 onions. Sauté in olive oil over medium heat. 1 can of white beans. Stir well. The broccoli is ready! Peel the garlic. Add broccoli and garlic. Stir well. 600 ml vegetable broth. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt/sour cream. 1 teaspoon mustard. Juice of half a lemon. 1 clove of garlic.
