Garlic is an important crop in a survival garden and is one of the easiest plants to successfully grow. It will easily store through the winter in a cool, dry, dark location. In this video, we dehydrate and freeze-dry garlic to extend the shelf life for long-term storage. We also share a really cool trick to peel garlic fast and easily.
