You must have a non-obvious insight—a "secret" you know that makes you the best person to solve the problem. 4. How do you plan to get users? Most companies fail to repeatedly acquire customers at a low enough CAC. Describe your repeatable acquisition processes and be specific about channels, not just broad terms. 5. Who are your main competitors and why are you different? Name your top 1-2 competitors and state your key differentiator in one clear sentence. Never say you have no competitors!
