Digital Ethics | Attention Economy | Self-Hosting I investigate how our digital tools shape who we become — and I build systems that help us reclaim agency, attention, and meaning. I make videos about Digital Ethics — especially the virtue of Digital Agency — exploring how technology shapes our attention, autonomy, and character. I try to approach this like a philosopher and an engineer: understanding the science of behaviour while building practical systems that help us live more intentional, meaningful lives. From self-hosting, and open source software, to the psychology of distraction, the attention economy, and digital intervention deisgn, I'm reading on and rebuilding my digital environment to be conducive to a more meaningful life.
