The labor and delivery of our sweet baby. Going unmedicated was the hardest, but most empowering experience of my entire life! I am so thankful for Chris, he was such a huge support during my labor and I couldn't have gotten through the contractions without counter pressure from him. My nurses and OB were also so amazing and supportive of my goal to go unmedicated. I feel incredibly thankful!
