On this channel we react to content centered around fighting, self defense, combat sports & self awareness. Since I was a kid I always wanted to have a career in martial arts, whether that was a professional fighter or a fight scene / stunt coordinator. My passion for martial arts developed when I started watching martial arts movies (Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen, Jet Li, Van Damme). Which got me started with Karate when I was 6. I moved into Kung Fu & Kickboxing where I made my way to brown belt and had a few interclub competitions when I was younger. I stopped training in any martial arts throughout the entirety of my 20's due to finding success within the fitness industry. My main mission with my channels is to inspire men get into martial arts and fitness so they can get fit and increase their confidence and handle themselves better.
