WATCH: 'Erratic' driver does reverse donuts around anti-ICE protesters

A driver was detained by law enforcement after driving in reverse through a crowd of anti-ICE demonstrators in downtown Los Angeles. This was day three of these demonstrations, some of which turned violent and destructive. The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) said at least three officers were injured and at least ten arrests were made on Sunday as "unlawful assembly" was declared. President Donald Trump deployed approximately 300 National Guard members to the area to assist with the unrest.
