If you brag about killing a dog in your book and expect people to believe you have what it takes to get the job done, I've got news for you - YOU DON'T! This is not a political statement, it's a statement of humanity. Dogs are sentient beings and deserve respect. For Governor Kristi Noem to brag about killing her dog because it killed some chickens, after she tried training it with an e-collar is WRONG. I have dealt with aggressive dogs and the first thing she should do to get the job done is hire a professional trainer or two to see if she's right or wrong.
