Through my life experiences, I've concluded that searching for meaning outside oneself is a fruitless task, bit of a mythical unicorn. What's meaningful to one is unique to the individual and different for everyone. It's not a singular theme in one's life but made up of big and small components, different aspects of one's life. More importantly, it is one's own actions and decisions, one's relationships with the people in their lives, and one's perspectives that altogether create a composite well-lived and meaningful life.
