Die Wohnwagen- und Caravan-Branche boomt. Das Hobby-Wohnwagenwerk in Fockbek bei Rendsburg gilt als Marktführer. Das Hobby-Wohnwagenwerk in Fockbek bei Rendsburg gilt als Marktführer in der Wohnwagen- und Caravan-Branche in ganz Europa. 12.000 bis 20.000 Wohnwagen und ca. 2.000 Wohnmobile verlassen jährlich nach ihrer Fertigung die Hallen. Das Geheimnis des Erfolges: Hobby baut alles selbst, vom Chassis, der Inneneinrichtung, den Seitenwänden bis zu den Polstern und Bezügen, alles wird in Fockbek hergestellt. Lediglich bei den Wohnmobilen wird der "Rohling" von den Autoherstellern angeliefert und dann von Hobby "aufgerüstet". https://www.ndr.de
