WINGED EYELINER FOR VERY HOODED EYES

If you have a VERY hooded eye, particularly with skin movement you’re never going to get that ultra thin winged eyeliner look. All you’ll end up doing is distorting the line and drawing attention to something you’re trying to avoid. The only way to move attention away from something you dislike is to cover it. While this technique is more ‘dramatic’ it’s also more realistic. By darkening an area we dislike we are drawling less attention to it. Remember light attracts dark recedes.
