Raw sand, cement, and pigment are precision-mixed with water in a massive industrial mixer to create a uniform blend. The mixture is fed into a high-tonnage hydraulic press that compresses it into the final tile shape under extreme pressure. The soft, newly-formed "green" tiles are moved to a controlled curing area where they are misted with water to gain strength and harden. After curing, every tile is inspected for defects like cracks or color inconsistencies, with rejects being crushed and recycled.
