This video is 365 days of work in 20 minutes, all while holding 9-5 engineering jobs. To keep it debt-free, we have to do it in two stages: a garage apartment, then a main house addition. We have designed everything ourselves with building science in mind, focusing on water management, airtightness, insulation, and indoor air quality.
