成为此频道的会员即可获享以下福利： https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQIf3cYIgBVCL3sqDl5j50g/join 普通人与官员如何逃离中国｜How Ordinary Citizens and Officials Escape China | 朋友们大家好，欢迎大家回到老杜的《内部视角看中国》。 今天是正月初五，俗称破五，是所谓不破不立。应众多网友呼吁，老杜今天这期节目讲普通民众与官员如何逃出中国？——2026年度摆渡人与天舟计划。看到我本期节目的朋友如果也想逃，正好可以在这个特殊的日子同家人商量一下。看看谁先走？谁后走？ 今天这期节目，老杜的心情非常沉重，甚至可以说是悲愤。就在刚刚，我与一位体制内相识多年的老朋友在失联多日后，确认被纪委给留置了。三个月前，我明确告诉他，纪委已经在对你进行调查，习近平在哪里片刻不能停、寸步不能让，你这里也必须毫不迟疑立刻逃离中国，一刻都不能再等，留给你和你家人的时间已经不多了，但他半信半疑，总觉得我是在吓唬他，一生起落沉浮经历了那么多，总觉得自己是被命运眷顾的人，这一次也能扛过去。他一会儿说自己没有护照，我告诉他没有护照也一样能走；他又说担心连累孩子，孩子还在体制内，而且已经做到司局级，我告诉他这恰恰是最危险的地方，被调查的对象本来就包括你的孩子，你们必须一起走。他一会儿又说房子还没处理等等各种理由，老杜看的很明白，他始终在犹豫、在观望、在幻想，舍不得权力，舍不得环境，舍不得那种“再等等也许就没事”的错觉。老杜不希望这样的事情一再重演，但我必须说一句实话，这不是一个人的问题，这是中共官员的通病。我在监狱里的狱友，有一个算一个，绝大多数我都很熟，他们是怎么进去的？几乎一模一样——患得患失，心存侥幸，最终万劫不复。这不是命运，这是体制。 很多人不明白，老杜为什么帮这些人？还分文不取。原因非常简单，人道。这是我的信仰决定的。不是理性和利益。老杜本身深受中共体制之害，不愿意看到任何一人再与我有同样的遭遇。而且，做这样的工作主要依靠各国政府和使领馆，我就是写写信，推荐一下，除了时间和精力之外，一般也没有什么成本投入。尚且能够应付。 大家都知道，老杜是从中国逃出来的。这些年，几乎每天，都有不同渠道的朋友发私信给我，问同一个问题：我还能不能也活着走出来？怎么能够走出来？老杜并不是职业营救者，我的主业是公司职员，副业是YouTube博主，营救属于副业的副业。我没有团队、没有资金池，也没有足够的时间和精力。过去这2年，老杜向多个国家的政府推荐从中国逃亡出来的人，一步步指导她们如何从层层铁幕中，逃离出来，这些人逃出来后，绝大多数都选择了隐姓埋名，我完全理解。在我的理念中，能救一个算一个。但现实已经非常清楚：想出来的人越来越多，时间窗口却越来越短。而我也越来越忙不过来，为了最大限度帮助更多的朋友。我决定把我这些年真实经历、亲身实操中总结出来的路径、逻辑和边界，公开讲清楚，同时推出两个克制的、能力范围行动方案——2026年摆渡人计划，以及2026年天舟计划。这不是营销，更不是表演，而是一种止血行为。 Today, my mood is extremely heavy — even sorrowful and indignant. Just moments ago, after many days of lost contact, I confirmed that an old friend within the system, whom I have known for many years, has been placed under lien retention by the Discipline Inspection Commission. Three months ago, I told him clearly: the Commission is already investigating you. Where Xi Jinping is concerned, there can be no pause and no retreat; on your side as well, you must leave China immediately without hesitation — not a single moment more can be delayed. The time left for you and your family is already very short. Yet he was half-convinced, always feeling that I was frightening him. Having experienced so many rises and falls in his life, he believed himself to be someone favored by fate, thinking that this time he could also endure and pass through it. At one moment he said he had no passport; I told him that even without a passport one could still leave. Then he said he feared implicating his child, who was also within the system and had already reached bureau-level rank; I told him that this was precisely the most dangerous position, for the scope of investigation already included his child — they had to leave together. Then he said his house had not yet been handled, along with various other reasons. I saw very clearly: he was always hesitating, watching, fantasizing — unwilling to part with power, unwilling to part with the environment, unwilling to part with the illusion that “if we just wait a little longer, perhaps nothing will happen.” I do not wish to see such things repeated again and again. But I must speak the truth: this is not the problem of one individual; it is a common ailment of CCP officials. Among my fellow inmates in prison, almost without exception, most of them were very familiar to me. How did they go in? Nearly identical — torn between gain and loss, harboring lucky illusions, and in the end doomed beyond redemption. This is not fate; this is the system. Many people do not understand why I help these individuals, and without taking a single cent. The reason is very simple: humanity. This is determined by my faith — not by rational calculation or interest. I myself have been deeply harmed by the CCP system and do not wish to see any person suffer the same fate as I did. Moreover, this kind of work mainly relies upon governments and embassies or consulates of various countries. I merely write letters and make recommendations. Apart from time and energy, there is generally little cost involved. For now, I am still able to manage. As everyone knows, I escaped from China. Over these years, almost every day, friends from different channels send me private messages asking the same question: Can I also come out alive? How can I come out? I am not a professional rescuer. My primary occupation is as a company employee; my secondary occupation is as a YouTube blogger; rescue work is a secondary occupation of the secondary occupation. I have no team, no funding pool, and not enough time or energy. Over the past two years, I have recommended to the governments of multiple countries individuals who fled from China, guiding them step by step on how to break through layer upon layer of iron curtains and escape. After escaping, the vast majority chose to remain anonymous, which I fully understand. In my conviction, saving even one person counts as saving one.
