お家で簡単にお店みたいなクッキーシューが出来ました！！！ とろとろクリームとクッキー生地のザクザク感がたまらない🫠💖(口の中が幸せ…) たくさん作ってプレゼントするのも良いですね！ ぜひ作ってみてください🏡✨ 《材料・作り方》10個 ☆クッキー生地 無塩バター 40g 粉糖 35g アーモンドプードル 10g 薄力粉 50g ①フードプロセッサーに全ての材料を入れてまとまったらOK ②平にしてラップで包み、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める ☆シュー生地 水 40g 牛乳 40g 無塩バター 35g 薄力粉 45g 全卵　2個 塩ひとつまみ ①鍋にバター、水、牛乳、塩を入れて沸騰させる。 沸騰したら火を止めて薄力粉を一度に加えて素早く混ぜる。 ②再度火にかけて底に膜が張り、生地がオムレツ状になったら火を止める ③生地をボウルにあけて全卵を少しずつ加え、その都度よく混ぜる。生地を持ち上げて綺麗な逆三角形に落ちるくらいになったら◎ (※卵の大きさ、生地の加熱具合によって量が変わってくるので状態をみながら加える) ④生地を天板に絞り、型抜きしたクッキー生地を上にのせる ⑤200度に予熱したオーブンを180度に下げ15分→170度35分 ⚠️オーブンは開けないようにする⚠️ ☆カスタードクリーム 牛乳 375g バニラペースト 卵黄 4個 グラニュー糖 90g 薄力粉 30g 無塩バター 18g *生クリーム 150g *グラニュー糖 12g ①鍋に牛乳とバニラペーストを入れて火にかけ、沸騰直前まで温める ②卵黄とグラニュー糖を白っぽくなるまでしっかり混ぜる。ふるった薄力粉を加えて混ぜ合わせる。 ③温めた牛乳を②に加え、よく混ぜたら一度こして鍋に戻す ④ホイッパーで絶えず混ぜ続け、コシが切れて緩んだところで火から下ろしバターを加えて混ぜる ⑤バットなどにうつして急冷する ⑥*生クリームと*グラニュー糖を8分立てに 泡立てて⑤のカスタードクリームをほぐして合わせる ⑦シュー皮の底に穴をあけてクリームを詰める。 溶けない粉砂糖かけるとおしゃれにお店風👩🏻‍🍳 Ingredients and recipe: 10 pieces ☆Cookie dough 40g unsalted butter 35g powdered sugar 10g almond powder 50g plain flour ① Put all the ingredients in a food processor and it's ready when it comes together ② Flatten and wrap in plastic wrap, then chill in the refrigerator to harden ☆Choux pastry 40g water 40g milk 35g unsalted butter 45g plain flour 2 whole eggs Pinch of salt ① Put butter, water, milk, and salt in a pot and bring to a boil.
