備詢官員：農業部陳駿季代理部長 【納稅人血汗錢採購的雞蛋是什麼國家機密嗎？】2024-04-11經濟委員會 2022年，農委會由畜產會自日本進口雞蛋。我從2月20日向農業部調閱採購之廠商名稱，拖了1個半月，農業部就是不給，這到底是什麼國家機密？ 更離譜的是，除了農業部提供的資料敷衍隱匿外，內容竟然還可以錯誤百出！原先說係以自有資金採購，故未簽訂採購合約，後續又更正為部分係以合約執行，甚至連進口的櫃數也搞錯，荒腔走板到不可思議！ 今天，陳駿季代理部長將錯誤推給畜產會的行政疏失，但畜產會的代理董事長不正是農業部次長杜文珍？螺絲掉滿地的畜產會，農業部都管不到？ 此外，農業部堅持2022年日本進口雞蛋因於合約載有保密義務，所以不能提供廠商名稱與合約。但遭我當場打臉，根據農業部所曾公開之專案進口雞蛋合約，負有保密義務的明明是廠商，而不是農業部，政府官員可以這樣胡扯？ 發現拗不下去的陳駿季便改稱，不論合約中是否有保密義務條款，應該都要雙方同意，並胡亂援引《政府資訊公開法》第18條第1項第7款。 《政府資訊公開法》第18條第1項第7款可以這樣亂解釋嗎？依農業部的解釋，等於無論是否有保密條款，所有的政府合約通通不能公開，根本胡說八道！ 請問拿納稅人的血汗錢買雞蛋，是跟那些廠商買，國會不能監督，人民不能過問，有這麼荒謬的事嗎？農業部到底在遮什麼醜！
