Use a hand mixer until mixture is crumbly.     3.    Add water one tablespoon at a time, mixing until dough comes together.     4.    Form dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.     5.    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).     6.    Divide dough in half. Roll out and cut into rectangles.     7.    Add slightly less than 1 tablespoon strawberry jelly to the center of half the rectangles.     8.    Place remaining rectangles on top. Seal edges using the flat side of a fork.     9.    Brush tops with beaten egg.     10.    Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden.     11.    Whisk powdered sugar and almond milk until smooth.
