Baked Oatmeal: 3 cups rolled oats 2 large eggs 1 cup raw milk 1/2 cup raw honey 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla bean paste seasonal fruit, optional In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 30 mins or until lightly browned. Fresh Milled Sourdough Bread (recipe from https://www.instagram.com/rosannawitmer/) 2 3/4 cups whey (or water) 2/3 cups avocado oil 1 1/2 cups active sourdough starter 1/2 cup honey 1 T salt 1 T lecithin Next slowly mix in 6 cups fresh milled flour, just until combined. Let rest for 30 mins, then add 2 cups all-purpose flour (or just until the sides of the bowl come clean - don't add too much flour!). Knead 5-10 mins. Transfer to a greased bowl, and cover with plastic wrap. Let rest overnight. The next morning shape into 3 loaves. Place in parchment paper lined bread pans. Cover and let rise until the dough rises about and inch or two above the sides of the pan (3-5 hours). Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins.
