It is finally time to return to Pandora, and three years after Avatar: The Way of Water, audiences can finally watch Avatar: Fire and Ash in theaters and continue the adventure with Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), Neytiri (Zoe Saldaña), and their family as they face off against the humans who are invading the planet. The stunning third installment, directed by James Cameron, not only widens the scope of the world, but introduces us to a whole new group of Na'vi. We were first introduced to the Metkayina clan in the second movie, which brought our beloved characters to the water tribes where they got to swim with the whale-like tulkun and explore the oceans of Pandora. Fire and Ash introduces us to a more sinister side of the planet with the introduction of the Mangkwan clan, aka the Ash People. We spoke with the cast of Fire and Ash to break down this epic movie and what it was like filming and acting in such an expansive world. We talked with Worthington about his experience since day one playing Jake Sully and what really matters at the heart of these stories. The film also introduces Oona Chaplin's Varang, the cunning leader of the Mangkwan clan, and Chaplin reveals the challenges she faced filming the movie's more physical scenes. Stephen Lang weighed in on Quaritch's slow evolution away from one-dimensional villain into a more complex antagonist. Jack Champion, who plays Spider, speaks on his character's unique role in the film and what it's like playing a human amongst the Na'vi.
