Best Keto Sweetener? Allulose Brands Taste Test Comparison

In this video, Courtney and I try out three different brands of allulose sweetener: Keystone allulose, Spenda allulose, and ChipMonk Baking's Allumonk blend. Is there a difference? If so, is it worth the price? NOTE: There seems to be some confusion about Splenda and allulose. "Splenda" is a both a brand name (the company) and a product name (the yellow packets of sucralose, cut with maltodextrin). The Splenda allulose does not contain sucralose or maltodextrin. Also, researchers found that allulose has no impact on blood glucose and actually suppresses glycemic response of other glycemic carbohydrates when tested with carbohydrates or within a meal. Every keto product I've seen with allulose subtracts it in calculating net carbs.
