Cooking With Tammy Seasoning: https://cookingwithtammy.shop/ Ingredients: * 1 lb ground beef * 1 small onion, diced * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * 3 tsp Who's Hungry Seasoning https://cookingwithtammy.shop/products/yo-whos-hungry-seasoning * 1/4 cup yellow mustard * 1/2 cup dill or bread and butter pickles, chopped * 3–4 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes (peeled and thinly sliced, about 1/8") * 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese * 1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for extra stretch) Creamy Layer: * 1/2 cup mayonnaise * 1/4 cup ketchup * 1/2 cup sour cream * 1 tbsp pickle juice (optional, but boosts the “Big Mac” flavor) Big Mac Sauce (for topping or drizzle): * 1/2 cup mayo * 2 tbsp ketchup * 2 tsp yellow mustard * 1 tbsp sweet relish * 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar or 1/2 tsp white vinegar + pinch of sugar * Dash of paprika Optional Toppings (after baking): * Shredded lettuce * Diced tomatoes * Extra chopped pickles * Sesame seeds (to mimic the burger bun!)
