Meanwhile the Russian port of Novorossiysk which has hit heavily during an attack last night has officially shut down. The city's air defense, oil piers, and other critical systems have all been destroyed, leaving Ust-Luga in the Baltic as the last operational oil port in western Russia. China has warned it's citizens not to travel to Japan amid the rising tensions, while South Korea has been approved to develop and operate nuclear submarines by the US. Russia is now distancing itself from supporting Venezuela as war draws closer.
