I've built a giant 3D printer with a build volume of 1110mmx1110mmx2005mm that adds up to more than 2.5 m3 build volume. This is my largest build to date and as far as I know is the largest DIY 3D printer in the world. And I've designed it from scratch keeping in mind that anyone should be able to attempt tbis build so each one of the parts of this build fit in a 200x200 mm print bed.
