Ingredients Chicken 1 chicken breast 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp MSG 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/6 tsp white pepper 1 tsp dark soy sauce Pinch bicarb 1 tbsp veg oil Finishing 15-18 8 inch spring roll wrappers Plain flour + water 1 medium carrot 10g fresh ginger 1/6 sweet heart cabbage 2 dried shiitake mushrooms Handful bamboo shoots Handful water chestnuts 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 tsp MSG 1/4 tsp white pepper 1 heaped tsp garlic powder Veg oil to deep fry in Dipping sauce 2 tbsp dark soy 2 tbsp seasoning sauce 1 small clove garlic 10 blades chives 1/2 green and red chillies (optional)
