The Nocturnes are considered to be some of Chopin's finest work and were recorded exclusively for this channel. All scenes were animated by Classical Oasis in After Effects. In Chopin's day there was no tuning standardization in place yet and different piano builders would tune their pianos on different pitches. However, Chopin's last piano was a Pleyel tuned to 435Hz, putting 432Hz pretty close to what the Nocturnes may have sounded like in his day.
