Using delrin bushings, a high-performance suspension setup, and big brakes from a Porsche Cayenne, I break down the details of my street-tuned Volvo 242 suspension. From removing crusty poly bushings to welding in new sleeves, refinishing with high solids paint, and chip-resistant coating, I show every step of the process. Plus, I provide a detailed overview of my custom suspension and brake setup, perfected over a decade of trial and error.
