One of my favorite days of the year is finally here—today, we’re decorating for fall!!🍁 In this video, we’re spending the day doing fall crafts, making cozy fall recipes, and getting the house ready for the season ahead. We’ll make a mini simmer pot for the candle warmer, cardamom ginger spiced cider, an autumn crescent moon wreath, and pumpkin baked brie. Roll out a thawed puff pastry sheet onto a floured surface and cut into a circle (large enough to wrap around the Brie. In a small bowl, mix together the pumpkin butter, maple, and cinnamon. Spread the pumpkin mixture into a circle (the size of the Brie wheel) in the center of the puff pastry. Top with the pecans. Put the Brie on top of the circle and wrap with the puff pastry. Set aside. Arrange 4 pieces of bakers twine over one another, crossing in the center, to create a “wheel”. Flip the Brie over and place it on top, then tie the twine over the top of the Brie to create a pumpkin shape. Brush with the egg wash. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes and remove when golden brown. Cut the twine and carefully remove it from the Brie.
