As if a new album weren’t enough, she’s got a crammed summer ahead too. Performing alongside The Very Sexy CMAT Band, this Irish powerhouse is touring with Sam Fender, hitting the festival circuit (including Glasto — yes, Nick and Angela will be there), and gearing up for her biggest headline shows yet in Brixton and Dublin later this year. And what better way to fuel up for it all than with Angela’s Mexican feast: guacamole, salsa and tortilla chips to start, followed by Waitrose’s Pescado a la Veracruzana — a one-pot wonder of a dish. It’s served with a chilled glass of Château de Berne Provence Rosé, one of CMAT’s many food passions.
