Video Description

Before roller coasters had seat belts and mascots wore deodorant, early amusement parks were straight-up horror shows pretending to be fun. You had rickety rides built by guys who probably eyeballed the measurements, freak shows that were somehow legal, and attractions like “laughing gas chambers” where people paid to get gassed like it was a Tuesday. Some parks had electrical shock booths, others let you ride a fake train into a fake inferno just to scream at cardboard demons. Safety standards? Not a thing. Insurance? Who’s she. It was like Willy Wonka opened a theme park with zero supervision and a deep hatred for OSHA. Join this channel to get access to perks: https://rebrand.ly/joinall Early Amusement Parks Were Terrifying
