Say Goodbye to Complicated Cooking المكونات للتقليب: عودان من القرفة ثماني حبات هيل عشر حبات قرنفل ليمونتان مجففتان (لومي) بضع أوراق غار بصلة كبيرة مفرومة (٣٠٠غ) ملعقتان كبيرتان من زيت نباتي لتحضير اللحم: كيلوغرام واحد من لحم البقر أو الغنم مع العظم نصف ملعقة كبيرة لكل من: الكمون، الكزبرة، البابريكا ملعقة صغيرة لكل من: الزنجبيل المطحون، الكركم، الفلفل الأسود ملعقة كبيرة من الثوم المفروم (١٥غ) ملعقتان كبيرتان من معجون الطماطم (٤٠غ) كوب من الطماطم المفرومة (٣٥٠غ) ماء ساخن لتغطية اللحم للأرز والخضار: ملعقة كبيرة ملح (٥٠٠غ) بطاطس مقطعة إلى أرباع بضع حبات فلفل رومي صغير كامل بضع حبات فلفل حار (اختياري) كوبان ونصف من أرز بسمتي طويل الحبة، مغسول ومنقوع للتزيين: كزبرة طازجة مفرومة --- طريقة التحضير ١. تحضير قدر الضغط الكهربائي: قم بتشغيل وضع التقليب. أضف الزيت النباتي، ثم أضف أعواد القرفة، الهيل، القرنفل، اللومي، أوراق الغار، والبصل المفروم. قلّب حتى يذبل البصل ويتكرمل قليلاً. ٢. طهي اللحم: أضف قطع اللحم وقلّب. تبّل بالكمون، الكزبرة، البابريكا، الزنجبيل، الكركم، والفلفل الأسود. اخلط جيداً حتى يتغلف اللحم بالكامل بالتوابل. ٣. إضافة المنكهات: أضف الثوم المفروم ومعجون الطماطم وقلّب لمدة دقيقة حتى تفوح الرائحة. ثم أضف الطماطم المفرومة وحرّك حتى تذبل. ٤. طهي اللحم تحت الضغط: أضف الماء الساخن حتى يغطي اللحم. أغلق الغطاء واضبط القدر على الطهي بالضغط العالي لمدة ثلاثين دقيقة. ٥. إضافة الخضار: حرر الضغط بأمان، وافتح الغطاء. أضف الملح، البطاطس، الفلفل الرومي، والفلفل الحار. اضبط القدر على الطهي بالضغط العالي لمدة عشر دقائق إضافية. ٦. طهي الأرز: حرر الضغط بأمان مجدداً، ثم أضف الأرز المنقوع. استخدم إعداد طهي الأرز في القدر الكهربائي حتى ينضج الأرز ويصبح هشاً. ٧. التقديم والتزيين: قلّب الأرز برفق وزيّنه بالكزبرة الطازجة. قدّمه ساخناً مع الزبادي أو السلطة على الجانب. --- استمتع بوجبتك الشهية من الكبسة العربية! 🌟 Ingredients: For sautéing: Two cinnamon sticks Eight cardamoms Ten cloves Two dried limes (Lomi) A few bay leaves One large onion, chopped (300g) Two tablespoons vegetable oil For the meat: One kilogram beef or lamb with bones Half a tablespoon each: cumin, coriander, paprika One teaspoon each: ginger powder, turmeric, black pepper One tablespoon chopped garlic (15g) Two tablespoons tomato paste (40g) One cup diced tomatoes (350g) Hot water to cover For the rice and vegetables: One tablespoon salt Five hundred grams potatoes, quartered A few whole small bell peppers A few hot chili peppers (optional) Two and a half cups long-grain basmati rice, washed and soaked For garnish: Fresh coriander, chopped Instructions: 1. Prepare the Instant Pot: Turn on the sauté mode. Add vegetable oil. Stir in cinnamon sticks, cardamoms, cloves, dried limes, bay leaves, and chopped onions. Sauté until the onions caramelize lightly. 2. Cook the Meat: Add beef or lamb pieces and stir. Season with cumin, coriander, paprika, ginger, turmeric, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the meat evenly. 3. Add Aromatics: Stir in chopped garlic and tomato paste. Cook for a minute until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes and stir until they soften. 4. Pressure Cook the Meat: Pour in enough hot water to cover the meat. Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for thirty minutes. 5. Add Vegetables: Safely release the pressure, open the lid, and add salt, potatoes, bell peppers, and chili peppers. Pressure cook on high for an additional ten minutes. 6. Cook the Rice: Safely release the pressure again, then add the soaked basmati rice. Use the rice cooker setting to cook until the rice is tender and fluffy. 7.
