Ingredients • 4 tbsp vegetable oil • 1 egg • 5 tbsp sugar + vanilla • 100 ml milk • 5 tbsp flour • 2 tbsp cocoa • ½ tsp baking powder For soaking: hot milk + condensed milk Method Whisk everything right in the pan: oil, egg, sugar, vanilla, a pinch of salt, and milk. Add flour, cocoa, and baking powder and mix until smooth. Place on very low heat and cover with a lid. Wipe off any condensation that forms. Don’t flip. Cook for about 15 minutes, until done. Pour the hot milk over the warm cake and let it soak.
