I’m Shogo, born in Kyoto, raised in Hiroshima, and spent 6 amazing years in Michigan, USA. Later, I studied Mandarin at Beijing University—so you could say I’ve lived a pretty international life! Now, I’m back home in Kyoto, where I train in Kobudo (traditional martial arts with katana, staff, and chain weapons), practice Sadō (tea ceremony) and Noh theatre, and wear men’s kimono every single day.
