I visited the Philipps University of Marburg to meet with Prof. Dr. Florian Kraus. A specialist in fluorine chemistry, uranium chemistry, alkali metals and much more. In this video, he explained a lot about the preparation of alkali metals (cesium and rubidium in particular) and their purification.
