Find Better Items to Resell on Ebay and Local Marketplaces

In this video I discuss how to find items for sale on ebay and local marketplaces that are undervalued so that you can buy these and then resell them for more money. In addition to thrift store hunting, I often will buy items on sites like offerup, craigslist, facebook marketplace, and ebay to then list and resell on the other platforms. I do this by finding people who are selling items that they don't know the value of, aren't concerned about the value of, or have improperly listed. Learn to search for these items by thinking how these items would be listed by someone who doesn't know what they have. Often this involves misspellings, missing information, poor picture quality, etc. Instead of only searching for the exact information you are looking for, be less specific and search through listings to see where someone has only put the generic info for an item that is very specific. I especially like doing this on local marketplaces as people who only sell local are often not full time resellers who wanted to set up an ebay store and are just looking to get rid of something that has been sitting around the house. The ability to negotiate with cash is greater and there are less people to compete with that might quickly snatch a rare item on ebay.
