From upgrading to a PWM cooling fan out of a Volvo S60 for smoother operation to discovering a mysterious wiring issue that could have derailed progress, this episode dives deep into the details of making it all work. I’ll show you how I addressed the melted fuse holder, rerouted and improved the chassis wiring for better serviceability, and designed a custom 3D-printed bracket for the new battery wiring. The wiring upgrades extend to the headlights and GT fog lights, ensuring brighter illumination and reliable performance. Finally, it’s time to prep for the engine’s first start.
