Follow this video, you can make delicious chicken wings.😋😋 ⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 老媽子秘方，煎雞翼 材料： 急凍雞中翼10隻 處理： 1. 雞翼，清水解凍。 2. 雞翼解凍後，倒去水分，加入粗鹽1茶匙，撈勻，醃10分鐘，去除雪味、腥味，及加入少許鹹味。 3. 雞翼，清水沖洗乾淨，擎乾水，廚紙索乾。 4. 雞翼，加入生粉1湯匙，撈勻。 烹調： 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1湯匙半。 2. 轉中慢火，加入雞翼煎香。 3. 雞翼的一面已煎至金黃色，反轉繼續煎。 4. 雞翼，兩面都已煎至金黃色，轉大火煎1分鐘。 5. 反轉雞翼，大火煎1分鐘。 6. 熄火，倒去多餘油分，攤凍雞翼1分鐘。 7. 雞翼，加入糖1湯匙，撈勻。 8. 在雞翼掃上適量生抽。 9. 完成，可享用。 Pan-fried chicken wings Ingredients: Frozen mid-joint chicken wings 10 Nos.
