Original features like red and black concrete tiles and an exposed structural pillar were preserved and celebrated, while the layout was thoughtfully reworked to introduce a small art studio, a raised work come breakfast nook by the window and a tranquil loft space above the bedroom wardrobe—ideal for reading or hosting guests. A freestanding metal kitchen anchors the open-plan living area, with a hidden pantry tucked behind a sunny yellow curtain.
