In this video I discuss how the gut microbiome plays a crucial role in our overall health, including inflammation and atherosclerosis. The vagus nerve connects the gut to the brain, and the bidirectional communication between the two can impact both our physical and mental well-being. By addressing gut health, we can improve symptoms of various conditions, including cardiovascular issues, as well as postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS).
