A: If the diagnostic test showed your Hard Drive to be healthy, or if you were unable to run the diagnostic test, your next step would be to try an install Windows. A: If your HDD shows an error, try reseating the HDD as seen here in this video. If that fails to help and your HDD still shows an error, its most likely bad and needs to be replaced. A: If the diagnostic test shows the HDD as 'Not Installed', the HDD may be loose or bad. Try 'reseating' it as seen in this video. If that does not help, it may be bad and may need to be replaced.
