Keep in mind, some Lenovos have diagnostic software and some do not. So you may or may not have access to that tool to help you. If you would like help with any of that, let me know :) Q: The diagnostic test showed the HDD as 'Not Installed'. A: If the diagnostic test shows the HDD as 'Not Installed', the HDD may be loose or bad. Try 'reseating' it as seen in this video. If that does not help, it may be bad and may need to be replaced.
